I met my family on Sunday and I adore them, but am certainly in for some crazy and interesting times. The house is a two-story in the Campestre district of Merida and full of life.
The family is as follows:
My madre who is very nice and speaks to me solely in spanish to help me learn the language
Her esposo
Their son, Carlos
My madre's madre who is hard of hearing so it is necessary to shout when talking to her
My padre's madre who is petite and shuffles around the house, she is great for conversation
2 cats
1 HUGE bug in my bed that I hope will go away
aside from that my padres two daughters come over with their three children everyday and dog
My bedroom is certainly a blast from the past and I am growing to like the retro decor
